摘要
我国的锰矿资源较为丰富,但是富锰矿较少,由于碳酸锰生产电解锰的冶炼工艺控制相对较为简单所以多年国内的电解厂大多未经过专业化的设计,多为企业边自行设计、变建设改造、边投产,在对湖南、贵州一带的电解锰厂考察中也发现既有存在为减少前期投资而未能很好的将自然地形与工艺流程进行较好结合而造成工艺流程的不合理、厂交通组织混乱、道路坡度过大影响到安全生产的问题,也有一味追求生产工艺而在厂区内形成高大边坡、挡土墙而产生重大危险源的情况。事实上尽管电解锰的工艺控制相对较为简单但仍有其特点,通过对生产工艺、自然地形的合理结合可以在生产、投资、环保等各方面找到一个较为合理的平衡点。
The total amount of manganese resources in our country is abundant, but the rich- manganese ores are less. Over the years, the production of electrolytic manganese smelting control process was simple, most of electrolysis plant in our country did not seek professional design, but to design by themselves. In addition, the electrolysis plants are put into production while constructing and renovating. Investigation of the electrolysis plant of Hu'nan and Guizhou, discovered the existence of the following two questions:(1) In order to reduce the upfront investment, the combination of natural topography and the production process is achieved not well. Re-sulting in unreasonable production process, plant traffic chaos, too large road gradient, affect the safety in production. (2) One-si-ded pursuit of production, there is a lack of rational planning and management of the tall slope, retaining walls in the plants region, forming a major hazard. Practice shows that although the process of controlling the production of electrolytic manganese relatively sim-ple, it has some unique. By combining the production process and natural terrain reasonable, be able to find a more reasonable balance in production, investment, environmental protection and other aspects.
