摘要
固体碱KF/Al2O3具有很好的催化活性,在有机合成反应中具有广泛的应用。主要研究用固体碱KF/Al2O3催化合成烯丙基缩水甘油醚,探索出最佳工艺条件:反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3 h,物料配比n(烯丙醇)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)∶n(固体碱KF/Al2O3)∶n(相转移催化剂)=1∶3∶1.5∶0.015,收率可达到93.1%,产品纯度达到99.2%。
Solid base KF/Al2O3 was widely used in organic synthesis reactions. It has good catalytic activity. This thesis work about the optimum conditions about the synthetic of Allyl Glyeidyl Ether with solid base KF/Al2O3 . And the best conditions are： the temperature of the reaction is 50℃, the time of the reaction is 3 hours, the material ratio is n （Allyl alcohol） ： n （Epiehlorohydrin） ： n（Solid base KF/A1203） ： n（PTC）=1 ： 3 ： 1.5 ： 0.015. And the yield of this reaction can reach to 93.1%, the purity of the product is 99.2%.
