内脂素基因rs2058539位点多态性与血脂水平及冠心病易感性的关联研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨内脂素基因rs2058539位点多态性与血脂水平及冠心病的关系.方法 应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)测序技术在对168例冠心病患者和182例健康对照者内脂素基因rs2058539位点进行基因分型,并进行关联分析.结果 rs2058539位点C等位基因频率在冠心病组中为42.3%,显著性高于健康对照组的32.1% (P =0.006),冠心病组中CC基因型频率为19.6%,显著高于健康对照组的7.7%(P<0.01).在健康体检者中,CC+ CA基因型组血清HDL-C水平显著低于AA基因型组(P<0.05).结论 内脂素基因rs2058539位点与中国汉族人群冠心病及血清HDL-C水平的遗传易感性相关联. Objective To study the association of visfatin gene rs2058539 polymorphism with se- rum lipids and coronary heart disease. Methods rs2058539 of visfatin gene of 168 coronary heart disease patients and 182 control subjects were genotyped by PCR-sequencing. Meanwhile,association analysis was performed between case and control group. Results The genotype of CC and allele frequencies of C at rs2058539 in coronary heart disease group( 19.6% and 42.3% ) were significantly higher than that in control group(7.7% and 32.1% ,P =0.004 and P =0.006). However,the serum HDL-C levels of CC/ CA genotype were significantly lower than that in AA genotype ( P = 0.03 ). Conclusion rs2058539 in visfatin gene are both associated with coronary heart disease and serum HDL-C levels in Chinese Han pop- ulation.
