摘要
通过对冷却塔进行循环冷却水节能分析并对进塔水流的富裕能量进行研究,开发了一种低比转速混流式水轮机。考虑到冷却塔循环冷却水水流不稳定而出现水轮机输出动力不足或富裕的问题,选用与该微型水轮机相匹配的电动机作为其备用动力源,并通过自动离合装置与微型水轮机相连接,同时在进水管道上安装了旁通阀。通过智能控制器控制电动机以及旁通阀来调整水轮机与电动机的工作方式以满足冷却塔风机的需求并达到了节能的目的。
Through the energy saving analysis of the cooling towers and the research of the surplus energy of the circulating cooling water, a low specific speed mixed-flow turbine has been developed in this paper. The instability of the circulating cooling water in the cooling tower may cause the problems of insufficient or excessive output power from the turbine. The electric motor matching with the micro-turbine was selected as the standby power source, and connected with the micro-turbine through the automatic clutch device. Meanwhile, the bypass valve was installed on the water pipe. In order to meet the needs of cooling tower fan and to achieve the purpose of energy saving, the electric motor and bypass valve were controlled by the intelligent controller to adjust the operation mode of electric motor and turbine.
