摘要
分析了离心泵中常用湍流模型的优缺点,采用考虑旋转和曲率影响的RNG k-ε模型和Realizable k-ε模型分别对SST k-ω湍流模型进行了改进,生成了两种新的湍流模型。以开源代码库OpenFOAM作为平台对改进的湍流模型实现了程序化,应用新的湍流模型分别对一低、中、高比转数的离心泵进行数值计算,并将修改前后的数值计算结果与试验结果从能量性能的角度进行了详细对比。分析结果表明,改进后的湍流模型能成功用于离心泵内流计算中,且计算精度较修改前更接近于试验值。
The advantages and disadvantages of several commonly turbulence model in centrifugal pump inner flow simulation were analyzed. Two new models based on SST κ-ω turbulence model were improved with considering the effects of rotation and curvature. The procedures of new models were implemented on the open source code OpenFOAM. Simultaneously, the new turbulence models were adopted to simulate the inner flow in a centrifugal pump with different specific speeds under different operating points. Lastly, comparisons were made with experimental results and the numerical results from the original and modified models. The results showed that the modified models could calculate the inner flow of centrifugal pump successfully, and energy performance by new models was closer to experimental results than that of original model.
