摘要
为考察评价各相关实验室化妆品乳液中铬测定的检测能力,提高检测水平,研制了化妆品乳液中铬的测定能力验证样品。通过制备分割水平对样品进行理化指标考察,建立样品中铬的测定方法学,考察样品均匀性和稳定性。结果表明所制备样品均匀稳定,各理化指标符合行业要求,文中所述铬测定方法适用于本样品。本样品真实模拟了化妆品乳液基质,所添加的铬浓度水平对各实验室的检测能力起到了很好的区分作用,有助于考察实验室偶然误差和系统误差的出现。
Cosmetic emulsion materials were prepared in order to organize a proficiency test (PT) on the determination of chromium. The samples with split level were prepared; physico-chemical indicators, uniformity and stability of the samples were studied; methodologies of determination of chromium were established. The uniformity and stability of samples were confirmed to meet the requirements of industry, and the methods for chromium determination were suitable for these samples. As a simulation of actual cosmetic emulsion matrix, the samples were capable of validation and differentiation the test lab on the determination of chromium, and can be applied to PT, helping investigate the accidental errors and system errors of each test lab
