摘要
铜是植物生长发育所必需的微量营养元素,但过量的铜会对植物产生毒害作用。以甜菜种子为材料,研究不同浓度铜(Cu)胁迫对甜菜(Beta vulgaris)株高、鲜重、干重的影响。结果表明:5~20μmo1/L Cu处理12 d,甜菜幼苗根系生长受到明显抑制,甜菜幼苗的干物重减少,甜菜幼苗地上部和根系Cu含量明显增加;甜菜幼苗吸收的Cu大部分积累在根部,而地上部分Cu含量较少,随Cu2+浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,其对幼苗的毒害作用越明显,表现为Cu2+对甜菜幼苗的生长,包括株高、鲜重和干重有明显的抑制作用。
Copper is an essential nutrient for the growth and development of plants. However, excessive copper is toxic to plants. In this study, KWS3418 was used to examine the effect of Cu2+stress on growth of Beta vulgaris. The main results showed the growth of sugarbeet seedling root was significantly restrained, dry matter of sugarbeet seedlings decreased while copper content on overground part and root significantly increased when it was treated with 5~20μmol/L copper for 12 days. The copper sugarbeet seedling absorbed most accumulated in root while less in overground part. The sugarbeet seedlings were harmed severely with increase of Cu2+concentration and stress time, i. e., the growth of seedlings including height, fresh weight and dry matter were significantly restrained.
