摘要
以富含2-丁烯的C4烯烃为原料,采用固体酸催化剂在固定床反应器中进行了1 800 h的2-丁烯异构化制1-丁烯反应的稳定性和再生实验,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、吡啶红外光谱(Py-IR)、物理吸附及热重分析等表征手段对新鲜催化剂、反应后以及再生催化剂进行表征。结果表明,2-丁烯转化率为22%,1-丁烯收率为21%,再生催化剂的反应性能可恢复到新鲜催化剂的水平。再生催化剂的形貌、酸量和孔结构等与新鲜催化剂相当。
The stability and regenerability of isomerization catalyst for 2-butene to 1-butene were investigated in a fixed bed reactor during 1 800 h using C4 olefin as raw material and solid acid as catalyst. The catalyst was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopy(Py-IR), physical absorption analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the conversion of 2-butene and yield of 1-butene reached 22% and 21%, respectively. The activity and yield of the regenerated catalyst were almost the same as those of fresh catalyst. In addition, The morphology, acid contents and pore structure parameters of regenerated catalyst were similar to those of fresh catalyst.
