摘要
阐述了再生催化剂在某超临界燃煤机组锅炉烟气脱硝系统中由中试、单层更换再生催化剂到整个SCR系统更换再生催化剂的应用试验。测试结果显示:脱硝SCR反应器第1层催化剂更换为再生模块后,各级催化剂的层间差压均降至报警值以下,脱硝SCR反应器出口NOx排放浓度可降至74mg/m3,满足国标要求,同时大幅度提高了脱硝性能;整个SCR系统更换再生催化剂时,各工况下的氨逃逸量为2.5μg/g左右时,SCR系统的平均脱硝效率均>80%,且机组在600 MW负荷下,SO2/SO3转换率为0.61%,SCR系统运行安全、经济。
Experiments about application of regenerated catalyst in flue gas denitrification in a su-percritical coal-fired unit was presented,including the pilot scale test,monolayer catalyst change and over-all unit catalyst change.The results show that,after the catalyst at the first layer in the SCR reactor was changed for the regenerated module,the differential pressure of catalyst at each layer decreased below the alarming value,and the NOx concentration at outlet of the SCR reactor reduced to 74 mg/m3 ,which satisfying the national standard's requirements.When the regenerated catalyst was changed in the entire SCR system and the ammonia escape concentration under each condition was about 2.5μg/g,the average denitration efficiency of the SCR system reached above 80%.Moreover,with the unit load of 600 MW,the SO2/SO3 conversion rate was 0.61%,and the SCR system ran safely and economically.
