摘要
目的观察苏合香对未孕大鼠在体及离体子宫平滑肌的影响,并体外初步探讨其作用机制。方法采用BL-420生物信号系统,观察记录各组动物给药后20~50rain内药物对未孕大鼠在体子宫平滑肌活动的影响,采用累积给药的方式,观察不同浓度苏合香对离体未孕子宫平滑肌平均张力的影响,并观察给予各种工具药后,苏合香对离体子宫平滑肌张力、峰面积及频率的影响。结果苏合香高、中剂量可抑制未孕大鼠在体子宫平滑肌肌张力、峰面积及频率(P<0.01,P<0.05),苏合香能明显降低未孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌张力,呈剂量依赖性;苏合香能显著对抗缩宫素、乙酰胆碱所致其肌张力、峰面积、频率增加(P<0.01);苏合香能协同阿托品抑制子宫平滑肌(P<0.05)。结论苏合香对未孕大鼠在体及离体子宫平滑肌有抑制作用,其机制可能与阻断缩宫素受体和M胆碱受体有关。
Objective To study the effect of Styrax on non - pregnant ratg uterine smooth muscle both in vivo and vitro and study its mechanism preliminarily. Methods Using BL - 420 biological signaling system to observe and write down the influence on the activity of non - pregnant rat′s uterus of each group in vivo after given medicine 20 -50 minites,and then to observe the effect on tension of non -pregnant rat′s uterus in vitro with different Styrax concentration. Meanwhile, observe the effection of Styrax on tension, peak area and frequency of non - pregnant ratg uterus after giving various tool medicine. Results The high, middle dosages of Styrax significantly inhibited the tension, peak area and frequency of rat uterine in vivo( P〈0. 01, P〈0.05 ) , Styrax could remarkably lower the tension of non - pregnant rat′s uterine in vitro with dose dependence, Styrax could obviously go against the increasing of tension,peak area and frequency that induced by oxytocin and acetylcholine(P〈0.01 ) , Styrax and atropine had synergistic inhibitory effects on non - pregnant rat's uterus ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Styrax has significant inhibitory effect on uterine smooth muscle of non- pregnant rat′s both in vivo and in vitro ,the mechanism of action may be related to blocking oxytocin receptor and acetylcholine receptor.
