摘要
服务于城市主城核心区的高速公路出入口是城市对外联系的主要"门户",伴随主城区城市用地的拓展,高速公路和城市道路快速网络化,其将面临两方面挑战:一是新建出入口拥有更好的区位与衔接条件,而既有出入口与城市用地拓展矛盾初现,各出入口交通功能将发生转变,需要重新定位,以指导衔接节点的新建和改建工程设计;二是城市内部交通衔接体系亟待完善,以提升对外疏导能力。探讨江门市主城区现状及规划高速公路出入口周边用地、功能定位及衔接体系,制定高速公路出入口布局方案,并结合功能的转变制定衔接道路新建及改建实施计划。
The expressway entrance and exit serving main urban area are important gateways of the city for contacting outside world. With the expansion of land use and networking of expressway and urban coad in main city, it will face two aspects of challenge. On one hand, considering the newly built entrance and exit have better location and connection conditions, while the conflicts between existing entrances and exits and urban land expansion appear, the traffic function of these entrances and exits shall be relocated to direct the new construction and reconstruction design of connection nodes. On the other hand, internal traffic connection system of the city also needs to be advised to improve capacity of external dispersion. The article analyzes the current condition of main urban area as well as the surrounding land use, function and connection system of planned expressway entrances and exits, then brings forward the layout scheme of those expressway entrances and exits, and makes the new construction and reconstruction plan for the connection nodes combining with the change of entrances and exits' function.
