摘要
目的观察血必净治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法 60例诊断明确的CRF患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用血必净,观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后两组肾功能各项指标较治疗前均有明显改善。血必净组有效率明显高于对照组(93.33%vs.53.33%,P=0.001)。结论血必净治疗慢性肾功能衰竭具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods 60 cases with CRF were randomly divided into control group （ n = 30 ） with conventional therapy and the Xuebijing treatment group（ n = 30） added Xuebingjing injection treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the kidney function of the two groups were all improved. But the efficacy rate of Xuebijing group was significantly higher than that of control group（93.33% vs 53.33% ,P = 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection can better improve the renal function of the patients with CRF.
