摘要
以传热学的傅里叶定律为出发点,区别对待服务器内部的集中式和分散式两类发热源,首次提出了由"接触式"和"非接触式"两个具有显著热阻差异的通道组成的"双通道"数据中心致冷模式,其中利用"热管水冷模块+冷却塔"的"接触式"致冷通道高效排出服务器内部CPU热流。同时开展了试验验证工作,研制了"热管水冷服务器"样机,并通过测试数据得出了"可利用自然冷源对服务器CPU进行‘接触式’致冷"的关键结论。
Beginning with Fourier Law and dealing with centralized and dispersive heat source in server with their merits, the architecture named parallel double-channels was proposed, which consist of "contact-type" and "non-contact-type" channels with significant difference on thermal resistance, and use the "heat pipe water cooling unit + cooling tower" contact-type-cooling-channel to remove the thermal current from the key-chips in server with high efficient. The verification experiment was organized, "the customized server with double-channels-cooling" was developed, and according to the experiment result, it is feasible to realize contact-type-cooling on the CPU in servers with natural cold source.
