摘要
人才培养方案是专业建设发展的前提和基础,也是最终实现专业建设目标与提升专业竞争能力和优势的重要环节。文章以培养素质高、能力强、具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型高级人才为目标,分析了山东建筑大学艺术学院环境设计(原艺术设计)专业人才培养方案的现状及存在的问题,从学分制内涵建设、培养目标定位、完善课程体系、创新教学模式、教师队伍培养等方面,提出了专业人才培养改革的措施和途径。
The talent training scheme is the premise and foundation of professional construction and development,and plays an important role in ultimately achieving professional construction goals and promoting the competition ability and advantage.This article sets a goal to foster senior applied talents with high quality,innovative spirit and practical ability,analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the professional talent training scheme of environment design course of School of Art of Shandong Jianzhu University,and puts forward the measures and ways of talent cultivation reform from the aspects of the connotation of the credit system construction, training objective orientation, perfecting the course system,innovating teaching mode and teachers training,etc.
