多层螺旋CT后处理技术在先天性椎弓峡部裂诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术在先天性椎弓峡部裂诊断中的应用价值。方法将本院2010年6月至2013年6月收治的临床怀疑为先天性椎弓峡部裂的62例患者作为研究对象,通过MSCT后处理技术进行实时多平面重建(MPR)及高级三维容积漫游(VRT)等图像重组。同时对患者的普通X线片(DR片)、VRT图像及MPR图像进行比较。结果通过MPR图像检出存在椎弓峡部裂部位最多达98处。轴面图像可以准确地分辨出"环裂征"。MRP图像能够在椎弓峡部裂斜矢状面显示"猎狗项环征"征象。VRT图像与真实的解剖结构几乎相同,可以使椎弓峡部裂立体呈现。MPR图像在62例怀疑为先天性椎弓裂的患者中检出率最高,与DR片和VRT图像检出率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01);VRT图像的检出率较DR片高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 MSCT后处理技术对先天性椎弓峡部裂的诊断比较DR片检查更具优势,MRP图像检出率最高,其次为VRT图像,可作为临床先天性椎弓峡部裂首选的影像诊断技术。 Objective To explore multislice CT(MSCT) post-processing technique use in the diagnosis of lumbral congenital spondylolysis of split application value. Method In our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013 clinical suspicion of lumbral for congenital spondylolysis cracked 62 cases as the research object, used MSCT post-processing reconstruction technology for real-time multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) and advanced 3D volume roaming(VRT) image restructuring, etc. At the same time for the patients of ordinary X ray film(DR), VRT images and MPR images were compared. Result Department of lumbral 62 cases of congenital spondylolysis bifida patients by MPR image detection lumbral existed spondylolysis crack position, most of 98. The shaft surface image could accurately distinguish the ring crack. Lumbral MRP image to spondylolysis of crack oblique sagittal showed 'hound dog ring sign' signs. VRT images could almost the same with real anatomical structure, lumbral could make spondylolysis of crack 3D rendering. MPR images in 62 cases of suspected congenital vertebral arch to crack the highest detection rate, compared with DR and VRT image detection, statistically significant difference(P〈0.01); VRT image detection rate was higher than DR, with statistical difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Multislice CT post-processing technique of lumbral congenital spondylolysis crack diagnosis have more advantages than conventional X ray examination, especially MRP image detection rate is highest, followed by VRT images, clinical lumbral congenital spondylolysis of crack can be used as the preferred imaging diagnostic techniques.
