摘要
学习场所的转移和扩大,逐渐提升了学习的公平性和全民性。社区作为非正规学习场所之一,为居民创设了"随时学习、随地学习、人人学习"的有效条件。本文从建构主义情境学习的理论视角出发,探索社区情境对成人学习能力的影响,并为其更好地学习提供建议和培养方法,以促进个人终身发展、推动社区建设、达到社会和谐的局面。
The transfer and expansion of place of study gradually promote the fairness and popularity of study. As one of the informal learning spot, community provides its residents with effective conditions for learning "at any time, at any place and for anyone" This article, with the perspective of construetivism learning theory, explores the influences of community situation on adult learning ability. It also provides better suggestions on learning and training methods so as to promote the individual's lifelong development and the construction of the community to achieve social harmony.
