摘要
构建终身学习体系、建设学习型社会是21世纪我国教育发展的重要目标,也是我国全面建设小康社会的重要目标之一。借鉴发达国家的先进经验,从我国的基本国情出发,构建我国的终身学习体系可以从建立法律保障机制、政策调控机制、经费筹措机制、技术支撑机制、社会参与机制和学习激励机制等方面入手。
Establishing the system of lifelong learning is an important aim of our country's education for the 21st century. It is also one of important objectives for constructing the full prosperous society in our country. By utilizing the advanced experience of developed countries and according to our country's actual situation, establishing the lifelong learning system may focus on the following aspects: the guarantee by law, the regulation by policies, the raising of funds, the support of modern technology, the participation of all social departments and the stimulation for learning.
