摘要 该文从用户体验视角出发,深入了解中小学生在信息化教学中的学习体验,重新审视信息化教学的优势与不足,为推动信息技术与教学深度融合提供参考。该文采用调查法和访谈法,通过对重庆市九龙坡区的1420位学生进行研究发现:学生在富媒体环境下的学习投入程度相对更高;学生对于信息化教学的必要性感知和效果评价之间存在矛盾;大部分学生认为自己具有良好的信息素养和相应的学习能力。进一步分析表明,城市学校和农村学校学生的学习体验不存在明显差异,但城市学校学生的信息素养和相应学习能力具有明显优势;中学生的学习体验比小学生更加积极;学生的学习体验不存在性别差异。文章建议要推动从注重教的信息化转向注重学的信息化、研制面向学生的信息化教学评价标准、注重信息化教学改革的协调性和综合性。 This paper focuses on primary and middle school students' learning experience to improve the effectiveness of teaching with ICT from the perspective of user experience. We investigated 1420 students in Chongqing's Jiulongpo and found that students' learning engagement is better in the rich media environment; that's a contradiction between the need for teaching with ICT and evaluation of teaching effectiveness; most students think they have good information literacy. Further analysis showed that the learning experience of students have no significant difference in urban schools and rural schools; the middle school students' learning experience is more positive than the primary school students; there is no gender difference in students. The article suggests promoting conversion of eTeaching to e-Learning, developing new evaluation criteria for students and focusing on the coordination and integration of teaching methodology reform.
