摘要
提出了一种新型混合式直线旋转步进电动机的结构,通过分析电机结构分析在不同励磁电流下电机旋转段和直线段的工作原理。依此工作原理为基础,建立电机的等效磁路网络模型。以一相绕组通电为例,对该步进电动机全网络进行了线性解析,进而给出了该电机的转矩特性解析式。
A new structure for the hybrid linear and rotary stepper motor was proposed.The working principles of rotation segment and linear segment for motor under different exciting current flow were analyzed through the analysis of the motor structure.On the basis of the working principles,motor equivalent magnetic circuit network model was set up.Taking one phase winding current for example,the linear analysis to the whole network of the stepper motor was made and the torque charateristics expression of the motor was given.
