摘要 以往复活塞式压缩机为应用背景,提出了一种具有简单结构及单方向力驱动的往复式开关磁阻直线电机,并基于有限元方法进行了电机的参数化设计。针对开关磁阻电机的非线性电磁力及磁链特性,基于三维有限元方法分析了电机的位置/电流/电磁力和位置/电流/磁链特性。针对此单方向力驱动的电机提出了一种综合控制策略,其由"推秋千"控制器、PI电流控制器、行程控制器及平衡位置控制器组成。"推秋千"控制器控制电机电流的导通时刻,以保证电机动子在其机械谐振频率上运行,PI电流控制器通过脉宽调制开关功放控制电机电流,行程控制器及平衡位置控制器分别控制行程和平衡位置。在有限元分析和参数测试的基础上,在Matlab/Simulink环境中建立了电机、压缩机及控制系统的仿真模型,并以此分析了给定行程下,控制系统控制直线电机驱动压缩机的动态性能。最后进行了实验测试,并与仿真结果进行了比较,结果相一致,验证了所设计的电机及所提出的控制策略的可行性和有效性,其中的"推秋千"控制器能够使电机动子在其谐振频率上运行。 A very simple,unidirectional-force driving,reciprocating linear switched reluctance motor was presented in this paper.The application background is reciprocating compressors.Based on finite element method,the motor was designed.Then the nonlinear characteristics of position/current/ flux linkage and position/current/electromagnetic force were analyzed based on the three-dimensional finite element method.For this unconventional motor,a synthesis control algorithm was presented,which consists of a push-swing control method,a proportional-integral current control algorithm,a stroke control algorithm and an equilibriumposition control algorithm.The push-swing controller controlled the conduction time to make sure the motor works at resonance.The proportional-integral current controller controlled the amplitude of the motor current with a pulse width modulation converter.Based on finite element analysis and experimental tests,the whole system consisted of the electromagnetic subsystem,mechanical and thermodynamic subsystem,and control subsystem were modeled and simulated in Matlab/Simulink environment.The dynamic performance of the motor for stroke commands was obtained.Finally,experiments were performed.The experimental results coincide with the analysis results.All that results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed motor and the presented synthesis control algorithm,and the fact that the mover can operate at resonance under push-swing controller.
