摘要
试验选取体重相近的91日龄高原地区海兰灰商品蛋鸡600只,随机分成25个组,每组3个重复,每个重复8只鸡,对高原地区海兰灰育成后期蛋白质和能量需要量进行研究。结果表明:1采食量:各组间差异显著(P<0.05);2日增重:各组间差异显著(P<0.05);3期末体重:各组间差异显著(P<0.05);4鸡只体成分:体成分中水分、粗蛋白、能量、粗脂肪均不显著(P>0.05);综合评定,当能量为11.6 MJ/kg、蛋白为17.13%时,有最大期末体重:y=-3.24x2+111x+338.59(R2=0.953;P=0.047);最大期末体重为1 289.29 g。
600 with similar weight of 91 day old hy line laying hens in plateau area were randomlydivided into 25 groups, with 3 replicates of 8 chicks in each replicate, the protein and energy requirements of plateau area hy line were researched.
