高校教学秘书的管理工作主要是:上传下达,沟通信息;积极配合领导,做好教学管理;安排教师与学生课程及处理各种文件等。为适应时代新要求,高校教学秘书管理工作需要进行创新,包括思维创新、服务创新、能力创新、角色创新。
A college teaching secretary's management work is to provide a platform of information communica- tion to coordinate with the leadership actively and to do the work well. He should arrange the curriculums of teachers and students and deal with files, etc. Meanwhile, innovation plays an important role in the work of a college teaching secretary, which includes opening the mind, changing the way of thinking, improving the service and ability, and innovating in roles.
