摘要
高等学校教学管理的重心不断下移,传统的教学管理模式发生了很大变化,教学秘书工作也有了很大的不同。传统认识中教学秘书的定位是"教辅岗位"、"办事员",导致教学秘书对工作缺乏积极性和主动性。教学秘书不仅仅是一个教学管理者,而且应该是教学管理专家,甚至是教育家。
The focus of college teaching management keeps shifting towards the subordinate departments, which leads to the significant changes of the established modes of teaching management and of the specific jobs of teaching secretaries. The current job positioning of teaching secretaries is "teaching assistance" and "office worker", which makes the secretaries inactive and unmotivated. Teaching secretaries, therefore, should be an educator as well as the manager and expert of teaching affairs.
