摘要
教学管理是确保高校教学质量的前提。文章针对独立学院教学管理的现状和存在问题,以麦肯锡管理咨询公司构建的7S模型为分析框架,从管理理念、教学战略、组织结构等七个方面提出了独立学院教学管理改革创新的措施和途径。
Teaching management is the premise to ensure independent colleges＂ teaching quality. Aiming at the current situation and existing problems of independent college teaching management, and using 7s model for the analysis framework, constructed by McKinsey, a management consultaney, the paper puts forward the measures and ways of teaching management reform and innovation from 7 aspects such as management con- cept, teaching strategy and organizational structure.
