摘要
采用流水呼吸室测定了不同温度下鲈鲤(Percocypris pingi pingi)幼鱼的耗氧率和窒息点。结果显示,在14℃、18℃、22℃和26℃水温条件下,鲈鲤幼鱼(体重3.5~4.7 g,全长7.9~8.8 cm)耗氧率分别为0.232 4 mg/(g·h)、0.247 9 mg/(g·h)、0.303 8 mg/(g·h)和0.421 2 mg/(g·h),且耗氧率(y)随温度(t)的升高而逐渐增加,y=0.016 t-0.1,(R2=0.764,P<0.01),而各温度下鲈鲤幼鱼(体重56.1~62.7 g,体长6.4~7.2 cm)的窒息点则分别为(0.557±0.023)mg/L、(0.622±0.019)mg/L,(0.767±0.085)mg/L和(0.772±0.055)mg/L,幼鱼窒息点随水温升高逐渐升高;20℃水温条件下,鲈鲤幼鱼(体重3.5~4.7 g,全长7.9~8.8 cm)耗氧率的昼夜变化规律为白天((0.437±0.069)mg/(g·h))高于夜晚((0.339±0.071)mg/(g·h))(P<0.05)。
The oxygen consumption rate and asphyxiation point of juvenile Percocypris pingi pingi were measured by the method of respiratory chamber under different temperature.The result showed that , under different temperature of 14 ℃, 18 ℃, 22 ℃and 26 ℃, the oxygen consumption rate of juvenile P.pingi pingi were 0.232 4 mg/g· h, 0.247 9 mg/g· h, 0.303 8 mg/g· h and 0.4212 mg/g· h, respectively; and the oxygen consumption rate ( y) increased gradually when temperature (t) raised, y=0.016t-0.1, (R2 =0.764, P〈0.01).The asphyxiation point of juvenile P.pingi pingi were (0.557 ±0.023) mg/L, (0.622 ±0.019) mg/L, (0.767 ±0.085) mg/L and (0.772 ±0.055) mg/L, re-spectively; and the asphyxiation point raised as temperature went up.Under the temperature of 20 ℃, the mean oxygen consumption rate of juvenile P.pingi pingi in day ((0.437 ±0.069) mg/g· h) was significantly higher than that in night ((0.339 ±0.071) mg/g· h) (P〈0.05).
