摘要
本文研究了日本对虾成虾的耗氧率和窒息点。日本对虾的耗氧享有昼夜变化规律，夜间平均耗氧率（０．１８０ｍｇ／ｇ·ｈ）高于白天平均耗氧率（０．１３８ｍｇ／ｇ·ｈ）。浮头时水中溶解氧为１．９６～２．４５ｍｇ／１，窒息点为０．６１ｍｇ／１。
篢he oxygen consumption （OC） and “suffocated point” of Penaeus japonicusadults were conducted in present paper．The results showed：1）the diurnal varation ofOC of P. japinicus was significantly，the mean of OC at night（0．18mg／g·h） were obvi-ously higher than that in daytime （0．138mg／g· h）；2）the range of dissolved oxygen（DO）when the shrimp presented“floating head”，which means DO is unsuffient for theirbreath and they swim closely to the water surface for getting more oxygen，was 1．96～2．45mg／L，and the suffocated point was 0．61mg／L.
