摘要 本文研究了日本对虾成虾的耗氧率和窒息点。日本对虾的耗氧享有昼夜变化规律,夜间平均耗氧率(0.180mg/g·h)高于白天平均耗氧率(0.138mg/g·h)。浮头时水中溶解氧为1.96~2.45mg/1,窒息点为0.61mg/1。 篢he oxygen consumption (OC) and “suffocated point” of Penaeus japonicusadults were conducted in present paper.The results showed:1)the diurnal varation ofOC of P. japinicus was significantly,the mean of OC at night(0.18mg/g·h) were obvi-ously higher than that in daytime (0.138mg/g· h);2)the range of dissolved oxygen(DO)when the shrimp presented“floating head”,which means DO is unsuffient for theirbreath and they swim closely to the water surface for getting more oxygen,was 1.96~2.45mg/L,and the suffocated point was 0.61mg/L.
