摘要
和本科生教育相比,研究生教育是更高层次的教育,关系到国家人才培养的重大方面。研究生的能力素质理所当然地成为了高校教育培养的主要对象。本研究借助能力素质模型(又称胜任特征模型),采用关键事件法(BEI),对某师范院校数学系随机抽取的优秀组和一般组各20名研究生进行访谈,通过受过专业训练的人员对文档的编码和评价,统计各个特征的差异并进行分析,最终确定师范院校数学系研究生的能力素质特征:素质能力、创新、坚持、主动性、信息收集、重视结果、兴趣、自我管理,并提出了相应素质培养建议。
Compared with undergraduate education, graduate education is a higher level of education, it relates to the important aspect of the national talent cultivation. Graduate students' competency of no doubt to be the main object of university education. This study uses the critical incident technique related to the competency model. In this study, 20 graduate students randomized in the excellent group or the general group, are in the department of mathematics of same university,being interviewed. Trained personnels code and evaluate the interview documents, count and analyze the differences of each feature,ultimately determine the competency characteristics of mathematics graduate student: innovation, quality and ability, information collection, initiative, paying attention to the result, interest, self management, persistence. The article also proposes the corresponding quality training advices.
