摘要
根据区域物业管理行业发展状况、五年制高职物业管理专业特点和学生特点,江苏城乡建设职业学院(筹)五年制高职物业管理专业构建了"四阶递进,工学四合"人才培养模式并付诸实施,通过建立校企"双主体"共育人才机制、构建相应课程体系等方面的实践,着力提升了人才培养质量和学生的就业能力,实现学生、学院和企业的三方"共赢",但在实施过程中要注意企业文化与校园文化融合等问题。
Combined with the characteristics of industry development and students'majoring in property management,the talents training pattern of "four stages forwards and integrative learning for four combinations" were innovated and estab- lished in Jiangsu Urban and Rural Vocational College of Construction,which effectively improved the talents training quali- ty and students' employment-seeking abilities, achieved the tripartite win-win situation. However, there also appeared some issues worthy of attention such as culture integration between enterprise and campus in the implementation of the model.
