摘要
在SR20飞机所装载的TCM发动机上,发动机驱动燃油泵起到了控制发动机基准工作点的作用,对发动机各状态下的稳定工作非常重要。但由于这种发动机驱动燃油泵在结构设计上的原因,使其输出油压容易受到入口油压的影响,造成在飞机电动燃油泵工作期间发动机基准工作点出现偏移,对发动机的工作性能特别是慢车稳定性造成影响。研究的结果表明,通过对发动机驱动燃油泵和电动燃油泵的输出油压进行双泵协调后,可以使电动泵对发动机基准工作点影响最小。
On TCM engines with SR20 aircrafts, the engine drive fuel pump is in the function of controlling the engine's basic working line, and is very important to running steady at all the working conditions. But due to its structure designing, the fuel pressure of this engine drive fuel pump outputs is easily interfered by the input fuel pressure, and results in a deviation of the engine's basic working line during the electrical fuel pump working and makes great influence on the idle stability. The result of study shows that it is possible to fix the fault of engine's basic working line deviating by the electrical fuel pump output fuel pressure, simply with a method of coordinating the output fuel pressure at the dual fuel pumps.
