摘要
结合Monte Carlo随机有限元法与钢材的非线性锈蚀模型,利用ANSYS建模,采用正常使用极限状态方程为评判标准,分析了水工钢闸门常用的H型钢的时变可靠度,得出构件时变可靠度与钢材锈蚀规律之间的内在联系,为水工闸门构件的时变可靠度计算提供一种新思路.结果表明:不论钢材是服从线性锈蚀规律还是服从非线性锈蚀规律,H型钢的可靠度指标总与锈蚀规律的形式相同.因此,可以采用简便方法进行构件可靠度指标的计算,首先计算出构件初始可靠度指标和最终可靠度指标,然后确定钢材的锈蚀规律,最后采用相应公式即可计算任一时间点的可靠度指标.
Combining with nonlinear corrosion model of material and Monte Carlo stochastic finite element method,the model is builted by ANSYS,adopting the serviceability limit state equation as the judgment standard to analyze the time-varying reliability of H-steel which is commonly used in hydraulic steel gate.The internal links between time-varying reliability and the law of corrosion are found;a new method for calculating the members time-varying reliabilities of hydraulic steel gate is also provided.The results show that,regardless of steel is subjected to linear or nonlinear law corrosion,the reliability index of H-steel and corrosion laws are in the same form.Therefore,the reliability index of H-steel member can be calculated by using the simple method;firstly,to calculate initial and final members reliability index,and then to determine the law of corrosion of steel,finally the reliability index at any point in time can be calculated by corresponding formulas.
