摘要
由于工作环境的特殊性,水工钢闸门经多年运行后,其组成构件都不同程度地存在着锈蚀现象.这不仅导致结构件强度降低,而且直接影响结构的安全运行.基于此,文章将锈蚀量作为影响闸门寿命的主要变量,对不同程度锈蚀状况下,钢闸门构件剩余寿命估算方法及其可靠性分析进行了研究.指出闸门设计时,为了确保闸门的使用寿命,增加(2~4)毫米的面板锈蚀裕度是完全必要的.
Because of the special service environment of hydraulic steel gates, the corrosion existed in their members after many years. It not only results in the decrease of strength of elements, but affects the safety of structures. Based on this, the values of the corrosion are taken as main variables to affect the remaining life of existing hydralic steel gates; and their remaining life and reliability were analysed by different corrosion states. It is pointed out that it is necessary for ensuring the service life of hydraulic steel gates to add 2-4 millimeters thickness of plates against corrosion in design.
