摘要
捣固车用在新修铁路线路、陈旧铁路线路大修清筛和运营线路维修作业中,它的主要作用是对轨道进行拨道、起道抄平、石碴捣固及道床肩部石碴的夯实作业,其中最重要的一项就是对线路的拨道,然而拨道的必需条件拨道弦线就显得极其重要。但是在作业中,它又是极易磨损的部件,如果磨损严重折断,对线路状况、线路设备、机械本身将产生损害。因此,本文主要介绍如何才能有效减少捣固车拨道弦线磨损的改进方法,利用日常一些小物品或者是小零件,使其固定在弦线与金属磨损的地方,这样既能大大减少弦线的更换频率,同时又能保障天窗点内捣固车的作业安全系数。
