摘要
以固体酸Ti(SO4)2/SiO2为催化剂,己酸和正丁醇为原料,合成酒用香料己酸丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响,得出固体酸Ti(SO4)2/SiO2催化合成己酸丁酯的优化合成条件为:n(正丁醇)∶n(己酸)为3∶1,反应时间为1.5 h,催化剂用量为0.30 g(以0.05 mol己酸计),在此条件下酯化率可达97.17%,催化剂重复使用性能较好。
In the experiments, solid acid Ti (SO4)2/SiO2 was used as catalyst and caproic acid and n-butanol were used as raw materials to synthe-size butyl hexanoate (wine-use flavouring). The effects of the use level of catalyst, molar ratio of alcohol to acid, and reaction time on the esterifi-cation rate were investigated, and the best catalytic reaction conditions of solid acid Ti(SO4)2/SiO2 for butyl hexanoate were summer up as follows:n (n-butanol):n(caproic acid)=3:1, reaction time was 1.5 h, and the use level of catalyst was 0.30 g (counted by 0.05 mol caproic acid). Under those conditions, the esterification rate could reach up to 97.17%, and the catalyst had good performance for repeated use.
