摘要
以正己酸和正丁醇为原料,采用三氟甲烷磺酸酐固体酸作催化剂合成己酸丁酯,考察了影响其反应的多种因素.结果表明,酯化反应的最佳条件为:己酸、正丁醇的物质的量的比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物总量的4.4%,带水剂环己烷3 mL在温度145℃回流反应150 min,在该反应条件下酯化率最高可达99.6%.
Butyl hexanoate was synthesized with hexanoic acid and butyl alcohol as raw materials,catalyzed by solid acid which solidified by trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride.Factors that influence reaction rate were investigated.The experimental results suggested that the optimum conditions for esterification reaction are the molar ratio of hexanoic acid to butyl alcohol was 1∶ 1.5,mass fraction of solid acid in total interactants was 4.4%,the volume of water-carrying reagent of cyclohexane was 3 mL,the reaction temperature was 145 ℃,the reaction time was 150 min.The esterification rate under the best optimum conditions was 99.6%.
