摘要
针对高炉生产对其控制系统高可靠性的要求,以实际项目为基础,介绍了一种高可靠性高炉控制系统的整体设计方案与实现。首先对系统总体架构进行介绍,然后对其组成L1与L2部分分别进行了介绍,包括软、硬件配置以及网络结构等。重点描述了基于分时分组调度算法的L2后台数据采集程序的实现算法。系统在巴西Gerdau Acominas公司2号高炉项目中实施后,取得了良好的效果。
