摘要
针对浮选过程自动化水平低、劳动生产率低的现状,采用美国HoneyWell公司TPS(Total Plant Solution System)集散控制系统设计开发了浮选过程自动控制系统。详细介绍了系统结构、系统功能和浮选过程浮选机液位、进气流量和浮选药剂控制策略,以及浮选过程自动控制系统控制软件和相应的操作监控界面。实际应用表明,系统运行平稳、安全可靠,极大地减轻了现场操作人员的劳动强度,改善了现场操作环境,提升了选矿厂浮选过程自动控制水平。
According to the condition of the low-level automation and low labour efficiency, an automatic control system for flotation process is proposed innovatively based on the TPS (Total Plant Solution System) of HoneyWell Company. The structure, configuration, and function of the system are discussed carefully with the control strategies of the pulp level, the air flowrate, and the flotation reagent feeding. The control software and friendly interface of monitoring-controlling which are easy to operate are designed and developed. The successful industrial application results show that the worker labour intensities are decreased, the labour conditions are improved and the automation level is enhanced.
