摘要
论述了目前曲柄摇杆机构优化设计中的缺陷,提出了用工作行程平均最小无效力来衡量机构的传力性能;导出了偏置曲柄摇杆机构的传动角函数,讨论了传动角函数的特性;以传动角函数为基础推导了机构慢行程单位无效力之和W的显式解析式函数方程;最后用设计实例详细说明了使用W函数进行机构优化设计的新方法。
After discussed the defects in optimization design of crank rocker mechanism, the average minimum invalid force in the working stroke is put forward to evaluate the force transmission performance of the mechanism. The transmission angle function of offset crank rocker mechanism is deduced and its characteristic is discussed. And based on the, the explicit analytical function equation for the sum of unit invalid force ( the symbol is W) in the slow workingstroke is derived. Finally, an example is introduced to illustrate how to use W-function for optimization design of offset crank rocker mechanism.
