摘要
传动角的大小是衡量机构传力性能好坏的一个重要指标。在机构运转过程中,其传动角的大小是变化的。设计时如何使最小传动角取得最大值,文中根据优化设计原理,建立参数间数学关系,编制了程序,借助计算机可方便地将其求出,从而使设计的曲柄滑块机构具有最佳传动性能。
The magnitude of transmission angle is an important index for measuring whether the force transmitting performance of the mechanism is good or not. In the operational course of the mechanism the transmission angle is varying in its magnitude. How to let the minimum transmission angle to acquiring a maximum value within the design, in accordance with the optimal designing principle this paper established mathematical relationship among parameters, worked out the program and may conveniently find out this angle by the aid of computer, thus made the being designed crank slider mechanism possessing an optimal transmission performance.
