摘要
构建了个人-组织契合与职业成功和组织绩效关系及其作用机制模型,并通过对400名MBA学员和管理者的问卷调查,进行了有关研究和分析。研究表明,个人-组织契合与职业成功、组织绩效及其各维度之间具有正相关关系;可就业能力在个人-组织契合与职业成功关系中起到中介作用,在个人-组织契合与组织绩效关系中起到部分中介作用。研究结果进一步证实了个人-组织契合、相互合作、共同担负培养和提高可就业能力的责任,对职业成功和组织绩效具有直接的影响。
In this study, the mechanism model of the effects of person-organization fit on career success and organizational performance was first proposed after an extensive literature review. Then, then data were collected from 400 MBA students and managers through questionnaire surveys , and analyzed to examine the relationships among the variables by using SPSS17 statistical software and structural equation model. The results showedthat there were positive correlations among person-organization fit and career success, organizational performance and their dimensions; employability played an intermediary role in the relationship between person-organizational fit and career success, and it also acted as a partial mediator in the person-organization fit and organizational performance. Finally, it was also confirmed that the fit between individuals and organizations, the mutual cooperation and common responsibilities of cultivating and improving employability had a direct impact on individuals' career success and organizational performance.
