摘要
基于西安高新技术产业开发区的165家创业企业的调查数据,运用SPSS13.0软件分析创业者先前知识的两个维度——技术相关知识和市场相关知识与创业绩效的关系,并探究环境动态性对上述关系的调节作用。进一步将创业绩效分为成长绩效和财务绩效,分析技术相关知识对它们的影响作用。研究结论如下:创业者的先前技术相关知识对创业绩效具有负向影响,先前市场相关知识对创业绩效具有正向作用;环境动态性对创业者先前技术相关知识与创业绩效的关系具有负向调节作用,对创业者先前市场相关知识与创业绩效的关系具有正向调节作用;技术相关知识对成长绩效具有正向作用,对财务绩效具有负向作用。
Using the data from the survey of 165 start-up entrepreneurs in Entrepreneurship Research and Development Park in Xi＇an, this paper investigates the relationship between entrepreneur＇s prior knowledge and entrepreneurial performance from two dimensions, namely technology- related knowledge and market-related knowledge. And it explores the regulatory role of environmental dynamism on the above relationship. The conclusions are as follows： entrepreneur＇s prior technology-related knowledge plays a negative role in entrepreneurial performance, but market- related knowledge plays a positive role~ environmental dynamism negatively affects the relationship between technology-related knowledge and entrepreneurial performance, but positively affects the relationship between market-related knowledge and entrepreneurial performance;technol- ogy-related knowledge has positive effects on growth performance,but has negative effects on financial performance.
