摘要
目的探研丘脑底核(STN)脑深部电刺激(DBS)治疗肌张力障碍的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的7例肌张力障碍患者,均接受双侧STN-DBS治疗。比较术前和术后1、3、6月BFMDRS评分改善率。结果 7例患者接受双侧STNDBS治疗后,术后1个月BFMDRS评分改善率均值为47.3%,显著优于术前(P<0.05);术后3个月改善率为70.14%,显著优于术后1个月(P<0.05);术后6个月改善率为79.71%,显著优于术后3个月(P<0.05)。结论 STN-DBS治疗能有效改善患者临床症状,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of deep brain stimulation （DBS） in subthalamic nucleus （STN） on the treatment of dystonia.Methods 7 patients with dystonia were treated with bilateral STN-DBS treatment.Improvement rate of BFMDRS before treatment and 1,3,6 months after treatment were compared.Results After STN-DBS treatment,improvement rate of BFMDRS at the time of 1 months after operation was 47.3 ％,which was significantly higher than that before operation （P ＜ 0.05）.3 months after operation,the data was 70.14 ％,which was significantly higher than that at the time of one month after operation （P ＜ 0.05）.6 month after operation,the data was 79.71％,which was the highest among the results of 3 different time points （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion STN-DBS treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
