摘要 脑深部电刺激是近年来神经中枢疾病治疗的一项新技术,具有可逆性、参数可调、对组织非破坏性等特点。目前,脑深部电刺激的治疗对象主要有帕金森症患者、癫痫患者以及各种难治性疼痛患者。本文综述了脑深部电刺激的概念、原理、优缺点,并对临床应用现状和应用前景进行了分析。 Deep brain stimulation is a new treatment for the central nervous diseases, and also has many characteristics such as reversible, adjustable parameters, nondestructive to human tissue, and so on. Deep brain stimulation is mainly used to treat patients with Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, as well as a variety of patients with intractable pain. This paper reviewed the concept, principle, advantages and disadvantages of deep brain stimulation, and also analyzed the status quo of clinical applications and prospects.
