摘要
体质弱势群体的存在由来已久,从2000年之后才逐渐被关注。内蒙古师范大学自2012年正式以选修课的形式开展体质干预课程,由于体质健康测试的加分机制,受到了我校体质弱势群体的欢迎。本研究对内蒙古师范大学的体质弱势群体进行抽样,按学生体质的不同情况进行分组,设定教学目标,而且根据学生的实际情况提供课外锻炼运动处方,改善特殊群体学生的身体机能、素质状态;根据学生的身体机能、身体素质和运动能力,有针对性的建立合理且科学的练习模式,通过在心肺功能、肌力、肌耐力、柔软度、肥胖比例、协调能力等方面的锻炼,增强体质弱势学生身心健康、提高运动能力、改善身体形态、消除心理紧张,及逐步培养学生形成自觉锻炼的意识。
The existence of physical vulnerable groups has a long history , and it has got attention gradually after 2000 years.Since 2012, Inner Mongolia normal university formally takes curriculum in the form of elective courses in physical intervention , due to physical health test point ’ s mechanism, and it was welcomed by the physical vulnerable groups in our school .This study sampling in Inner Mongolia normal university of physical vulnerable groups, according to the different situation of students' group, set the teaching goal , and according to the actual situation of students extracurricular exercise prescription , improve the special group of the students'physical function and quality status; According to the students'ability of body function , body quality and movement , targeted to establish a reasonable and scientific practice mode , through the heart and lung functions , muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, obese, coordination of exercise, increase the disadvantaged students physical and mental health , improve sports ability , improve the body shape , eliminate mental tension , and gradually cultivate students to form the consciousness of self training .
