摘要
目的探讨替米沙坦对病毒性心肌炎小鼠脂联素,肿瘤坏死因子-α及BNP表达的影响。方法制备柯萨奇B3病毒感染的心肌炎小鼠60例,其中30例自病毒感染之日并连续7d喂食替米沙坦作为观察组;另外30例无药物干预的心肌炎小鼠作为对照组;10例未感染病毒也无药物干预的小鼠作为空白组。观察3组小鼠的心肌病理组织学积分;双抗体夹心酶联免疫法测定血清脂联素、TNF-α、BNP浓度。结果观察组血清脂联素水平明显高于对照组,而TNF-α、BNP、病理积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且,与空白组相比,观察组血清脂联素、TNF-α、BNP、病理积分水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白组相比,对照组血清脂联素降低,而TNF-α、BNP、病理积分水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心肌病理积分与血清脂联素水平呈负相关性,与TNF-α,BNP水平具有正相关性。结论替米沙坦能够增加对心脏有保护作用的脂联素表达,减少TNF-α,BNP的分泌,减少心肌损伤。
Objective To explore the role of Telmisartan induced expression of adiponectin ,TNF-αand BNP of viral myocarditis mice .Methods Preparation of coxsackie B3 virus myocarditis mice 60 cases of infection ,including 30 cases and feeding for 7 days from the date of virus infection telmisartan as observation group .Another 30 cases without drug intervention myocarditis mice as the control group .10 cases not mice infected with virus or drug intervention as blank group .The myocardial pathologic histology integral of three groups mice were observed .The concentrations of serum adi-ponectin ,TNF alpha ,BNP were determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immune method .Results The serum adiponectin levels in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group and TNF alpha ,BNP ,pathological integral were lower than the control group ,there were statistically significant differences (P〈 0 .05) .Compared with the blank group ,observation group serum adiponectin ,TNF alpha ,BNP ,pathological integral level increased significantly ,there was a significant statistical difference (P〈0 .05) .Compared with the blank group ,control group of serum adiponectin was reduced ,and TNF alpha ,BNP ,pathological integral level increased signifi-cantly ,there was a significant statistical difference (P〈0 .05) .Myocardial pathological integral and serum adiponectin level was negatively correlation ,and TNF alpha ,BNP levels has a positive correla-tion .Conclusion Telmisartan can increase the expression on heart of adiponectin ,reduce TNF alpha , BNP secretion ,reduce myocardial injury.
