摘要
目的观察慢性充血性心力衰竭(Chronic congestive heart failure,CHF)患者血清脂联素(Adiponectin,APN)的水平,分析APN与脑钠肽(Brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)之间的关系,探讨APN在CHF发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)双抗体夹心法,检测71例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清APN及BNP的浓度,并与33例健康对照比较。结果慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清APN浓度显著高于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意(P<0.05)。其中心功能Ⅳ级的患者血清APN水平显著高于心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的患者。经对数转换后与BNP呈正相关。结论慢性充血性心力衰竭患者血清APN浓度显著高于健康对照组,并随着心功能分级的增加而增加,表明APN参与了心力衰竭的病理生理过程。
Objective To investigate the variation of serum adiponectin in patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF) and explore the correlation between the levels of adiponectin (APN) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP). Methods Serum adiponectin were measured by Enzyme -linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) in 71 patients with CHF,and compared with 33 healthy subjects. Re- suits Serum concentration of adiponeetin in patients with CHF were significantly higher than those in the normals. Serum concentration of adiponectin in patients with NYHA functional class 1V are signifi- cantly higher than those in patients with NYHA ]1 and patients with NYHA Ill. Log - transformed adi- poneetin are positively associated with BNP levels. Multiple linear regression showed that BMI is in- versely associated with APN and independently correlated with the concentration of adiponeetin level in patients with CHF. Conclusions Compared with control group, the serum adiponectin levels were sig- nificantly higher in patients with CHF, and increased with the severity of NYHA functional class. This indicated APN participate the pathophysiologieal process of CHF.
