摘要
在ABO血型鉴定中,常常会遇到正反定不符的情况,其中不规则抗体干扰是比较常见的原因之一。现将我院发现的1例ABO血型正反定不符的病例报告如下。
A patient had ABO blood typing positive and negative discrepancies by micro-gel method, and we considered the result ascribed to the interference of irregular antibody. This case suggested that we should use test tube method in order to make clear whether there is irregular IgG when ABO blood typing positive and negative discrepancies by micro-gel method. The right positive and negative blood type identification, irregular antibody screening and the correct cross test would be important to assure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
