摘要
对金属粉末注射成形316L不锈钢精密件进行了固溶处理和表面氮化处理。实验结果表明,固溶处理后样品的晶粒进一步长大,晶粒尺寸分布逐渐均匀,气孔数量减少;样品的相对密度在固溶处理过程中稍有增加,样品的硬度先是随温度升高而提高,但是当固溶温度升高到1100℃,硬度反而稍微降低。样品经500℃×2 h渗氮处理后,形成20μm厚的渗氮层,表面硬度显著提高,主要原因是渗层中出现富铬的化合物相。
Precision components fabricated by the metal injection molding(MIM) process for 316 L stainless steel powder were treated by solution and further nitriding. The results indicate that the grain size of the samples after solution treatment increases and at the same time the distribution of the grain size becomes homogeneous. And the relative density of the samples increases slightly. The hardness of the samples increases firstly with the increase of temperature but decreases when the temperature elevates 1100 ℃. After solution treatment, the samples are treated by nitriding at 500 ℃ for 2 h. And nitriding layers with the thickness of 20 μ are obtained on the surface. The surface hardness of the samples is improved distinctly due to the formation of Cr-rich compounds in the nitriding layers.
