摘要 以粒度为38μm的316L不锈钢注射成形生坯为研究对象,分析了脱脂温度、脱脂时间、生坯厚度及溶剂种类对溶剂脱脂脱脂率的影响。结果表明:采用正庚烷+乙醇+花生油溶剂时,脱脂坯缺陷较少;当脱脂温度为45℃,脱脂时间为12h时,脱脂率可达36%。 Solvent degreasing of MIM 316L stainless steel green body was studied. Effects of degreasing temperature, degreasing time, green body thickness, and solvent types were investigated. The results show that the defects of green body could be avoided when choosing n-heptane, ethanol, peanut oil as degreasing solvent; the degreasing rate could reach 36% when degreasing for 12 h and controlling the degreasing temperature at 45℃ .
