摘要
实验研究发现,采用超音速火焰喷涂技术,将碳化钨粉末喷涂在活塞环表面,形成耐磨抗蚀保护层,会大幅提高活塞环的耐磨性和抗蚀性,延长其寿命。这对活塞环的生产和再制造有一定的指导意义。
The experimental results show that tungsten carbide powder can be used on the surface of piston ring by HVOF technology. Tungsten carbide powder will form protective layer on the surface of piston ring, which will greatly increase the abrasion stability and corrosion resistance of piston ring and prolong its life. This is important to the manufacturing and remanufacturing of piston ring.
