摘要
超音速火焰喷涂技术制备的碳化钨涂层具有良好的韧性和与基体较高的结合强度,其显微硬度和中性盐雾耐腐蚀性均优于硬铬镀层,是一种硬铬镀层理想的替代技术。
The tungsten carbide coating prepared by HVOF technique has well toughness and high bonding strength against the matrix,the microhardness and neutral salt spray corrosion resistance are superior to hard chrome plating.It is ideal replacement technique for hard chrome plating.
